I am a mother of four wonderful children (2 girls and 2 boys) that keep me very very busy.  I’ve always been a bigger girl (180lbs for most of my teen years, 220-250 for my twenties) but when my first daughter was born I gained a whopping 40lbs. I was starting to make headway until child 2 and 3 came along (2 years later and 18 months later). I convinced myself that I was too busy with my kiddos to start actively exercising.  Now my youngest is here (born 11 years after my first) and I know if I want to see her grown up I need to make time. I started P90X on June 14th 2011 and drastically changed my eating habits and I’m already seeing results! My goals at this time are weight loss, a healthier lifestyle, and being able to outrun my children!
